Lead the next generation of basketball development.
BBI™ Academy is seeking a dynamic Academy Director to provide executive leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing post-graduate basketball academy. This individual will help build the culture, systems, partnerships, and operational foundation of BBI™.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall academy operations and administration
Recruit, supervise, and develop academy staff
Oversee student-athlete services and campus operations
Manage budgets, policies, procedures, and organizational standards
Support fundraising, sponsorship, and partnership development
Build relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders
Coordinate academic, athletic, residential, and business operations
Help establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence

Assistant Basketball Coach & Recruiting Coordinator

$40,000 / Year + Housing & Meals
Help identify, recruit, develop, and prepare the next generation of student-athletes.
BBI™ Academy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Assistant Basketball Coach & Recruiting Coordinatorto support our basketball program while leading recruiting efforts for future BBI™ student-athletes.
This position combines on-court coaching and player development with year-round recruiting, making it an important part of both the competitive success and long-term growth of BBI™ Academy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with practices, games, scouting, film study, and player development
Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes
Build relationships with high school, AAU, grassroots, prep, and international basketball programs
Maintain BBI™'s recruiting database and prospect pipeline
Communicate with prospective players, parents, coaches, and advisors
Coordinate campus visits, workouts, evaluations, and recruiting events
Assist prospects through the BBI™ admissions and enrollment process
Attend showcases, tournaments, camps, and recruiting events
Assist with game scheduling, team travel, and basketball operations
Support student-athletes with college recruitment, exposure, and advancement opportunities
Represent BBI™ professionally within the basketball community
